Pricing questions.

What moves the fee?

The size of the job, never the hours. Foundation typically suits teams of up to around 15. A bigger payroll, more than one company or more reporting moves you up a level, agreed in writing before anything changes.

What happens to the fee when we raise?

Nothing changes automatically. If the round brings more reporting, a bigger team or a board, we talk about whether a different level fits.

What if we need more one month?

Extra work is agreed and priced in writing before it starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

Is there a set-up fee?

No. The first month includes getting set up in your systems.

What about one-off work?

Things like cleaning up historic books or preparing for due diligence are quoted as a fixed price.
